Upcoming TRIP order dates are: March 15, April 12 and May 10. 

I will be figuring the payout for the year after the April 12th order so you will have this credit on your May tuition statements. 

Taco Johns discount has changed to 8% instead of 10%.

Hardees has joined our list of retailers.  They are available in $10 gift cards with a 8% discount.

Pizza Fresco out of Sioux Center (take & bake pizzas) has joined our program.  It is available in $10/$20 with 10% discount. Check out their website for more information on what they have. 

Taco Johns has joined the TRIP program is a local merchant.  They are available in $5.00 paper certificates with 10% discount.  These are only good at the Sioux Center and Orange City locations only. No change will be given.

Pro Sports Bistro is no longer participating in the voucher program. 

Please be advised that, JCPenney gift cards will no longer be accepted as payment on JCPenney charge account.  Unfortunately, it appears as though some stores are implementing this new policy sooner than others, so make your payment as soon as possible.  The JCPenney Gift Cards are still redeemable for merchandise or services and may also be used for jcp.com and phone-in JCPenney catalog orders for home delivery.  The contribution on the gift cards remain unchanged at 5%.

Since we are a smaller school with less participation, it’s not profitable for us to place orders more than we are however, we are going to try to have a larger amount of inventory on hand for purchase in between the order dates.  We will try to have the following on hand for purchase at anytime:  Hy-Vee, Wal-Mart, JC Penneys, Applebees, Orange City and Sioux Center Pizza Ranch, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Subway, Arby’s, McDonalds, Gap/Old Navy, Shopko, and Sears.  These will be available on a first come basis.  To check what is available or to order on hand inventory, call Donna at 278-2506 (278-2105 work).

 

 Orders need to be in the TRIP box in the school office or given to Donna Koopmans by 9:00 AM on order dates. Please note the change in time. No late orders will be taken. Do not fax or call orders to my house - money needs to accompany orders or they will not be processed. Please try to remind your child to bring the order to their teacher or the office right away when they get to school, so that orders will not be forgotten or late.

 

There is a change with Furniture Mart in Sioux Center.  From now on, you will NOT be getting a certificate, BUT, you need to tell me who will be using the TRIP so I can tell Furniture Mart.  They will then credit that account and when you go in there to make your purchase or pay any additional charges they should already have the credit from ICS TRIP there.  If you have any questions, please call me before purchasing Furniture Mart TRIP.  Remember it cannot be used for tax, labor, or delivery and they do not want you to purchase them for a gift.  They want you to use them only for yourself. Limit of $3000 per year per tuition account.
