Tuition Reduction Incentive Program
UPCOMING ORDER DATES: June 14, July 26, and August 23
Summer orders date orders need to be put in Donna Koopmans’ (Ireton CRC) church mailbox by 6:00 PM the Sunday night before or if you mail them (2324 480th St, Ireton 51027) make sure they would make it by the Friday before. The first day of school (Monday, August 23), orders can be brought to school by 8:30 that morning. The June and July orders will be put in Donna’s church mailbox (if you do not attend Ireton CRC) by the following Friday afternoon for pickup. Do not mail or bring trip orders to school as nothing will be picked up from there.
Trip questions can be answered by Donna or Nicki at school (278-2245) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 8:30–3:00. Thanks!
Furniture Mart Update: Whenever sending money to school for Furniture Mart, please include the invoice number of the bill you want it credited to. Furniture Mart is requesting this to avoid confusion.
Joe’s TV and Appliance Information:
- Payment must be made in full with cash or check (No credit card)
- Payment in full must be made at the time of purchase (or order)
- Must tell them that you want to participate in the program at the time of purchase/order
- If they have to send a bill of the purchase it is too late to use TRIP.
- Payments on account do not qualify for the 3% TRIP credit.
Please keep this in mind when wanting to use this TRIP from this business so that they will not discontinue to participate in our program.
We are going to start offering a new program called ScripNow! eCards. Although the site offers online ordering and pay by check option, we are only offering ScripNow! eCards and must be paid using PrestoPay. The initial enrollment process takes 3-5 days, so you will not be able to use it right away. So, if you think you will be interested in it, please start the enrollment process today. There is a $0.15 fee per order convenience fee to use Presto Pay. The ScripNow! eCards are only available for the merchants listed on the back side. If you would like to join, contact Donna or Nicki on Monday, Wednesday or Friday to get the enrollment code or with any questions.
Instead of using so many envelopes I will be returning your first TRIP order in a small manilla envelope with your name on it. After that you will need to return all your orders in this same envelope. This way we can just keep using this same envelope throughout the year. If you lose your envelope you can buy your own to replace it. If the envelopes become too tattered I will replace them. If you purchase on hand inventory between order dates, you can send your check to school in your family envelope and when I receive it I will return it with your TRIP.
Furniture Mart in Sioux Center.
From now on, you will NOT be getting a certificate, BUT, you need to tell me who will be using the TRIP so I can tell Furniture Mart. They will then credit that account and when you go in there to make your purchase or pay any additional charges they should already have the credit from ICS TRIP there. If you have any questions, please call me before purchasing Furniture Mart TRIP. Remember it cannot be used for tax, labor, or delivery and they do not want you to purchase them for a gift. They want you to use them only for yourself. Limit of $3000 per year per tuition account.
