Thank you to all the families and kids for donating to the classroom baskets. The baskets brought in a total of $1,205 for the Rally Day Sale! Good job!!
SCHOOL STORE PACKETS
School Store packets will be coming home on Friday. This year, you will go to a website and enter our school code, send emails to friends and family, receive a prize code. Write the prize code on the outside of the envelope and return to school for your child to receive a small prize. School receives cash for every packet returned. It’s a simple and no obligation way for our school to raise $300-$400. Thanks and greatly appreciated!
HEARING SCREENINGS:
NWAEA will be coming on Tuesday/Wednesday, September 24/25 to do hearing screenings for Preschool – 5th Grade and 8th Grade. If you do not want your child to be tested, please send a written note to school before that day. Thanks!
LADIES AUXILIARY KICK-OFF
The Ireton Christian School Ladies Auxiliary Kick-Off is scheduled for September 23, Monday at 6:30 pm at Ireton Christian School. You won’t want to miss it! Be sure to save the date and invite other ladies in your life that love ICS for a fun and relaxing night. Let’s start the school year off with some food, fun, and fellowship. Special guest is the S.D.G. Classical Guitar Trio. They will perform some familiar music pieces with their classical guitars. Hope to see you there! TRIP Order forms can be printed off the school website if you need one. Orders need to be in the TRIP box in the school office or given to Donna Koopmans by 8:00 AM on order dates in your family envelope. No late orders will be taken. Do not fax or call orders to my house – money needs to accompany orders or they will not be processed. Please try to remind your child to bring their orders to the office as soon as they get to school, so that orders will not be forgotten or late.

STRATEGIC PLAN
School Board is developing an in-depth strategic plan for its vision of ICS in the next 2-5 years. We welcome any questions regarding the strategic plan as it is being developed. This is in its initial stages. Board and faculty have been through their 1st presentations and discussions. Our plan will focus on the mission of Ireton Christian School. More information to come.
