“Join us for Ireton Christian School’s 9th annual Ladies Expo on Saturday November 3rd from 9am-12pm.  We will have coffee and cookies, bake sale, raffle items, and lots of great new and returning vendors!  Bring your friends and family!”


BAKE SALE (with Ladies Expo)

It’s time for the annual fall bake sale.  We will be having the bake sale along with the Ladies Expo.  We are asking each family to bring at least 3 items to sell – more is welcomed.  Please have items labeled and priced.  The list below is a good suggestion, but if you have more/different items to bring please feel free.  Please have your items to school before Saturday, November 3 by 8 AM.  Pricing information is below.

$1.50 per cupcake or $12 for a dozen

$7 per dozen cookies – depending on type of cookie

$5 half dozen bars, $8-10 for full pan of bars

$5-10 cakes, bundt, angel food, layered, decorated

$2 popcorn balls, caramel apples

$6-8 for large bread (banana, lemon, poppy seed, pumpkin)

$3-5 for mini bread

$6-8 gallon size snack mixes

$3 quart size snack mixes

$5 for half dozen muffins

$8-12 for pies – fruit, cream, fresh, frozen

$5-7 per dozen holiday candies or cookies

$5 canned jams, pickles, salsa, meat

$5-7 quarts of canned soup

$3-5 cookies/bar in a jar mix, hot chocolate mix

$15-25 for full frozen meals




I know most of you haven’t started thinking about Christmas yet, but now is the time! We will be packing shoeboxes for our chapel activity in November! Last year we packed 89 boxes! That is so incredible and wouldn’t it be totally awesome if we could do more this year?!?!? Look for more details coming soon but be looking for those great deals now! We will be packing boxes November 16! If you have questions please ask Tammy Sieck! Thanks!

Start thinking ahead to the holidays and ordering gift cards for groceries, gifts etc. It’s a great way to help out your tuition account!

Casey’s gift cards start deducting a fee after 12 months of non-activity.

TRIP Order form can be printed off the school website if you need one.

Orders need to be in the TRIP box in the school office or given to Donna Koopmans by 8:30 AM on order dates in your family envelope.  Late orders will be filled with any on hand stock we may have.  Please try to remind your child to bring the order to their teacher or the office right away when they get to school, so that orders will not be forgotten or late.




Building Fund Drive letter came out in the October Beacon.  Please look for it and consider giving to help our school update these major improvements.  We have collected $18,300 towards our goal of $62,000.  Thanks and we continue to ask for your support!
