BAKE SALE (with Festival of Trees)

It’s time for the annual fall bake sale.  We will be having the bake sale along with the Festival of Trees on November 22/23.  We are asking each family to bring at least 3 items to sell – more is welcomed.  Please have items labeled and priced.  The list below is a good suggestion, but if you have more/different items to bring please feel free.  Please have your items to school by Friday, November 22 by 4 PM.  Pricing information is on back side.

JOG-A-THON UPDATE…

Thank you to everyone who turned in your Jog-a-thon money!  The kids did a fantastic job and raised over $5,200 for school!  This might be the most money ever raised from Jog-a-thon!  Thank you so much to the family, friends and parents who donated.  Your support is greatly appreciated!

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOEBOX

Final day to bring shoebox items is Thursday, November 14.

The boxes are filling up in the hall, but we need many more things.  Our school goal is 100 boxes!  Please send empty shoeboxes to school as well.  We have a very generous donor that is willing to pay ALL of the shipping.  That means we don’t have that to pay so we can buy more things!  A few suggestions are art supplies, washcloths, soap, toys, books, coloring books, socks, flip-flops, hair things etc.  If you have any questions, please ask Mrs. Sieck

ATHLETIC PHYSICALS

Just a reminder that ALL students in grades 5th – 8th grade participating in sports must have an athletic physical done each year.  Please turn in this form to the office when completed. This form must be turned in before your child is able to participate in the sporting event.

ICS FAMILY TREE

Festival of Trees committee will be doing an ICS family tree for the Festival.  We would love a family photo (regular print size) from all of our students to make ornaments. These will be given back to your kiddos after Festival of Trees!  Photos can be given to Ava at school, dropped off at our home, at my work (State Farm in Sioux Center) or my church mailbox @ Lebanon.

Please contact me with any questions! 551-7804 or anoyes02@gmail.com
